Quinta do Vale Description

The 18 hole Quinta do Vale Golf Course is located to the north of Castro Marim. It is a relatively new course and designed by Severiano Ballesteros that takes advantage of the charming natural setting lying next to and overlooking the River Guadiana. The course design incorporates many doglegs, with wide fairways, and many well placed strategic hazards and bunkers to challenge the amateur and professional player.

Enjoyed playing this course and the people I was set up with. The staff were very helpful. Water on lots of holes but made it challenging and fun to play.

Beautiful golf course with awesome views of the surrounding countryside. Tricky front nine with a lot of water. Greens were ok, just slow and grainy. Staff were excellent. Carts were luxurious.

Great course, great staff but desperately needs water fountains / fresh water taps around the course to refill water bottles.

Very good course front 9 very testing with a lot of water back 9 a little more forgiving but still challenging really enjoyed it staff were very helpful
